So in my last couple of free gifts to you, I targeted The “Technique” side to increasing your vertical, but as you may know… Jumping isn’t just technique! Getting strong and more athletic plays an INSANE Role in how high you jump, as well as how well you kick ass at your sport!
Strength needs to be full body. Meaning strong arms, core, and legs, and everything in between!
I always make the analogy that your body is like a three linked chain… If one of the links of the chain is weak, then the chain will eventually break!
So it is very important to me that you get an understanding of what a proper weight lifting and core program looks like, so I am giving you a one week training program, as well as a really good core program that I use with my athletes!
