so many haven't succeeded....
in fact, more people have injured their knees doing it
So many injuries doing Air Alert, I think that's about the only real reason. A few companies back years ago (when I was a kid and looking into jumping programs) such as Air Alert, Strength Through Science, there was 1 called leap frog, even jump soles to an extent, powerplyos , all found out about plyometric training, and said this can take people's vert to the next level, not ever looking at the strength component of it, and they'd have kids doing depth jumps and squat jumps, and no one ever saw results just some busted up knees.
I'm pretty sure everyone doesn't like Air Alert is because they have a huge amount of repitions and doing a high number of reps of something like calf raises doesn't really increase your vertical, it conditions your calves for endurance. I might be wrong but thats what I think lol.
HARD WORK BEATS TALENT IF TALENT ISN'T WORKING HARD

exactly the whole workout is designed to jump moderately for insane numbers of reps.. and guess what you get gains in what u practice, which is endurance and nothing else (unless you have done zero training beforehand and haven't tapped into your current max jump potential)
Wow i didnt know that .Thanks a lot for the quick responses guys.
There is no introduction of an external stimulus.... Also, the progressive overload of simply increasing volume is flawed: all you're doing is sub-neurally jumping due to the onset of fatigue.
Air Alert is just all about training your jumping technique I guess. Since each of its exercises has higher repetitions, endurance is trained not strength. Knee tendinitis awaits those who are doing it.

Whats knee tendinitis?
it's kind of knee injury due to rapid jumping without rest and rapid jumping on hard surfaces..
you can read more about it here:
